- Product Information: We strive to display the colors, images, and specifications of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, due to screen calibrations and the handmade nature of some items, we cannot guarantee that your display will be perfectly accurate. Minor variations in stones, metals, and finishes are to be expected and do not constitute a defect.
- Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes and delivery charges, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability. We may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase at our sole discretion.
3. Placing an Order & Acceptance
- Order Process: You may place an order as a guest without creating an account. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our products.
- Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS. This is an acknowledgment that we have received your order, not a formal acceptance.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Inability to deliver to your address.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Primary Payment Method: The primary payment method we offer is Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Payment at Delivery: The total order amount, including the product price, any applicable taxes, and delivery charges, must be paid in full in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
- Order Verification: For their safety and to prevent fraud, our delivery agent may request a valid CNIC for verification before handing over the package. Refusal to provide verification may result in the delivery being canceled.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
- Delivery Attempts: We will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If you are unavailable after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us and canceled. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the temporary suspension of COD services for your address.
- Title & Risk of Loss: Title to and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon your acceptance and payment for the delivery.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods

- Inspection at Delivery: You have the right to inspect the product package for any obvious damage before making the cash payment. You may refuse to accept a heavily damaged package.
- Damaged or Defective Goods: If you discover a manufacturing defect or damage upon opening the package, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs or a video as proof. We will review the claim and, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a store credit/refund.
