At Sunahri Wear, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes issues can occur.

What is Covered:
We will replace any item that arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged/broken. This includes broken chains, loose stones, or faulty clasps.

Process:
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photographs or a short video clearly showing the damage or defect.
  3. Provide your original order number.

Once we receive and approve your claim, we will arrange for a replacement of the specific item.

What is Not Covered:
Please note that we do not offer replacements for:

  • Change of mind or dislike of the product.
  • Items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, mishandling, or after delivery.
  • Minor variations in color or design that are inherent to handmade or photographed products.

All approved replacements are final.
